In the efforts of penalizing the amount of trash talks happening around the ring, the referee was left staggered as a massive brawl broke out at the Floyd MayweatherJohn Gotti III exhibition fight. The abrupt stop to the fight angered Gotti III and he swung at Mayweather with all his might. This later involved the intrusion of 50 men inside the boxing ring, from both sides of the corner. Not only that, but a lot of fights across the stadium also broke out among the audience, where the police had to get involved and then evacuated everybody out of the FLA Live Arena.

Now, John Gotti III had to pay the price after this bout, as he has been banned for six months by Florida State Athletic Commission. So, there won’t be an immediate rematch between the two, although the fighters are quite keen to get inside the ring soon against each other. In addition, an interview with Gotti ahead of the Mayweather fight has resurfaced again where it seemed that Gotti had a plan regarding the brawl that took place in Sunrise, Florida.

So, before their fight, the reporter from the ESNEWS had a conversation with the former mafia boss’ grandson and asked about his preparation to face the 50-0 boxing legend. Gotti said, “John Gotti will bring the fight, bad intentions you know what I mean. I will make it exciting for the fans, I promise.” He wasn’t wrong there, as the whole chaotic debacle definitely garnered a lot of attention.

Then, the reporter asked Gotti what special he’d be bringing for his fans in Florida. To this, he replied, “They already know what to expect when they come here, they’re coming heavy. We’ve got a little army coming here tomorrow, I mean Sunday for the fight. Yo feel the energy of the Gotti fans, come Sunday night.

Well, the army surely showed up at the stadium and even entered the ring to protect him. And after the June 11 bout, Gotti isn’t satisfied yet. Well, Fox Sports host put out serious accusations against the Mayweather-Gotti exhibition bout. Nonetheless, recently, on his social media, he called out for a rematch and stated that he wants to run it back again in New York.

So, after the fight, Gotti III didn’t agree with the abrupt ending, and he expressed his feelings inside the ring too. As he left the venue, he took multiple shots at Floyd on his social media. Gotti posted a series of Instagram Stories calling out Floyd Mayweather for his poor performance during their fight.

Then in one of his stories, he enunciated his wish for a rematch. Gotti wrote, “The majority spoke you f***ing pineapple. Let’s do it again, this time your whole team getting left in the street @floydmayweather. Me and this girl @floydmayweather run it back in New York. Who in? This time I’m bringing heavy hitters.
