Former multi-weight world champion, Adrien Broner, has teased some big news for fans. The super-star boxer suggested he would take on Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition fight. He did this in the presence of ‘Money May’ himself.

Broner was one of boxing’s brightest prospects in the past decade and was even likened to be the next Floyd Mayweather. However, it now appears the pair could face each other in an exhibition fight.

Broner shared a video on his Instagram featuring Mayweather. ‘The Problem’ said, “Hey now listen, Big bro just told me, it’s camp. We’re working so… I guess Floyd’s catching these hands this camp.”
With these comments, Broner revealed that they are training.
Mayweather retorted and said if there was anyone who he wouldn’t mind working with, it would be Broner. ‘The Problem’ then teased a fight and said, “We gonna make it happen. This camp.”

Why are Adrien Broner and Floyd Mayweather training?
The pair have shared a close friendship out of the ring. Broner has considered Mayweather as his big brother ever since he burst onto the scene. Therefore, it is no surprise that they are training together.
Broner is training since he is all set to make his comeback to the sport. His last fight was a hard defeat to Manny Pacquiao. Subsequently, he had shifted his attention to music, but has announced his comeback to the sport.

Mayweather is training for his exhibition bout against YouTuber Logan Paul. Despite initial speculation showing that Mayweather is not training for the fight, it appears he has now ramped up his camp.
However, will we ever see Adrien Broner take on Floyd Mayweather? Given the situation the sport finds itself in, it would be no surprise if it happened. Moreover, it would make more sense than Mayweather fighting Logan Paul, since Broner is a massive name in the sport and a former world champion.
