Even a year after his demise, Kobe Bryant continues to inspire people all over the world, including boxing veteran Manny Pacquiao. The NBA legend who suffered a horrific helicopter crash last year disheartened the whole sports world with his untimely departure. However, ‘Mamba’, who has spread positivity with several life-changing lessons, remains immortal amongst sports fans.

That said, 42-year-old ‘Pac-Man’ recently expressed his love and respect for the former Los Angeles Lakers star. Ahead of his welterweight title fight against Errol Spence Jr, the Filipino Senator expressed his mamba mentality with an eye-catchy social media post.

Manny Pacquiao was spotted sporting Kobe Bryant merchandise. While it overjoyed many NBA and boxing fans, the post seemingly turned several people emotional.

In the caption, Pacquiao wrote, “#MambaMentality the next 6 weeks! We miss you Kobe and all that you taught us.”

Although Bryant is no longer amongst us, he had met Manny Pacquiao back in 2011. That said, the inspiration which Pacquiao derives from Kobe Bryant can be the added fuel to his fire.

Ten years later, a lot has changed. However, the 42-year-old, Pacquiao, is still an active athlete and is aiming to become a world champion again. That said, several athletes have constantly channelized the spirit of Kobe Bryant in different forms.
