“We Almost Got Into a Fight Over a Girl”: Dillon Danis Drops Bombshell Revelation Days Before Logan Paul’s WrestleMania 39 Match

Dillion Danis is certainly a controversial personality. After a highly regarded Jiu-Jitsu career, the fighter debuted in MMA. He signed with Bellator MMA in 2018. Since then, ‘El Jefe’ has only competed twice. Yet, due to his outspoken personality, he has stayed in the headlines. Danis has been associated with Conor McGregor and was also involved in the post-fight brawl at UFC 229. He gets into a lot of tussles and scuffles.

It is safe to say that Danis and the Paul brothers don’t get along too well. In the past, he was considered a potential opponent for both. Logan Paul even had a hostile confrontation with him a few years back.

What happened when Logan Paul confronted Dillion Danis?

Danis was a guest on the Sofia with an F podcast. Amongst other things, Danis detailed when he and Logan Paul got into a near brawl. He confessed that Logan was at an afterparty where he was with a girl. Danis, who claims to be a friend of hers, tried to talk to her, which angered ‘The Maverick’. He stated, “Me and Logan actually had a situation in Manhattan. He said like all this crazy shit but I was on crutches at the time. We almost got into a fight over a girl he was with.”

Danis then explains what Paul said to him. “He said, don’t talk to me girl brother. He started going at me, I was like f*cking stick this crutches up your a*s,” said Danis. Paul has yet to respond to the story narrated by El Jefe. As of now, the story has not been validated by anyone besides Danis. It can be said that evidently, Paul and Danis are no fans of each other.

Danis confesses he was supposed to fight Logan Paul

Celebrity boxing is highly lucrative. With time, some celebrities have managed to fight professional combat athletes. Danis on the MMA with Ariel Helwani mentioned that he was scheduled to fight Paul before he signed the bout with KSI. However, the bout fell apart as Paul suffered an injury during a WWE show.

Danis also leaked messages between him and Paul. As per DEXERTO, Danis said he’d put $500k on the line for the fight. However, we never got to see the bout materializing.
