The unbeaten welterweight elite, Conor Benn, is one of the most promising youngsters on the active roster, and the 24-year-old doesn’t appear to hesitate in pushing his limits. Still fresh from his TKO win over Samuel Vargas on April 10, Benn has recently trained with UFC fighter, Darren Till.
‘The Destroyer’ posted pictures of the training on social media, creating a lot of buzz in the combat world. Benn apparently did some wrestling inside the MMA cage and had an intense session with ‘The Gorilla’.

Already the WBA continental 147 lbs champion, Conor Benn will have aspirations to dethrone the kings of the welterweight division. He currently boasts an 18-0 record with 12 KOs under his name. Hence, Benn is a major threat to the boxing world. While he is also young and agile, the Brit’s recent training with Darren Till might be alarming for the MMA world too, as ‘The Gorilla’ may have sharpened his boxing.
Benn and Till appear close to each other and are often seen training. Hence, they both can assist each other to develop.

Conor Benn vs Darren Till in the past
The 147 lbs boxer posted another video 19 weeks back, where he gave a tough time to Darren Till. Whether real combat or not, Benn showcased his jiu-jitsu abilities and sent several fans into a frenzy.

He applied a rear-naked choke on ‘The Gorilla’ and Darren Till almost passed out. Hence, Conor Benn can transition himself into the MMA world somewhere down the line, but the boxing world championship remains his primary goal for now.
He hails from one of the deepest rosters in the sport, which is currently headlined by elites like Terence Crawford and Errol Spence Jr. Adding to that, Manny Pacquiao, Shawn Porter, Danny Garcia, and several other veterans reside at the 147 lbs unit. Thus, Conor Benn will have to work hard to attain a world title, but the youngster has age on his side and can take his time to grow in the sport.
