Heavyweight contender, Oleksandr Usyk, has shown his unusual preparation for his next fight. The undefeated Ukrainian displayed his skill by taking on two sparring partners at once as he prepares for a potential bout against ‘Juggernaut’ Joe Joyce.
Usyk passed his first proper test at heavyweight when he beat Dereck Chisora. However, the Ukrainian will have to wait for his title shot as Anthony Joshua will take on Tyson Fury next. As a result, he has had to settle for a contender’s bout against Joyce.

To get ready for Joe Joyce, the undefeated boxer seems to have taken his preparation to new heights as he took on two fighters at once. Usyk posted the video on his social media, which even showed him trying to knockout both opponents at once by throwing a two-hand hook.
As you can expect, this is just a bit of fun from the Ukrainian who is famous for his antics and dancing during his training. And this is another case of the former undisputed cruiserweight champion sharing a light moment in training.

Oleksandr Usyk faces a tough test in Joe Joyce
Although Usyk may have passed his first challenge in the division, his next fight will be different, as Joe Joyce is a hard-hitting fighter who can also outbox his opponent over 12 rounds. Moreover, ‘Juggernaut’ has an added motivation for the fight.

Joyce took on Usyk in the amateurs before both fighters turned pro. In that meeting, Usyk got the better of Joyce. Therefore, he will be eager to get his revenge on the Ukrainian.
In addition, the 35-year-old Joyce is not getting any younger and this may be his last chance to work towards the world title. The number of challengers in the heavyweight division means a loss for either fighter could severely affect their chances at a title shot.
Therefore, the Ukrainian will have to be at his best to beat a highly motivated ‘Juggernaut’. If he can beat the Englishman, it would be a big statement to the heavyweight division.
