Watch: Mike Tyson Bursts Into Laughter While Co-Host Details His Kidnapping by Renowned American Rapper

Boxing legend Mike Tyson has been part of a lot of weird and over-the-top situations. The former heavyweight champion had a wild lifestyle spending all of his $400 million in a couple of years on luxurious cars, exotic animals, and a lavish lifestyle. However, it is safe to blame his substance abuse problems which led to his downfall eventually. However, the same has given boxing fans crazy stories about our beloved ‘Iron Mike’.

Tyson has seen his fair share of outlandish stuff in his life. However, he wasn’t remotely ready for the story his co-host DJ Woo kid narrated after revealing that he once got kidnapped by rapper Big Pun in New York. In addition, Tyson was unable to stop his laughter after hearing this crazy and wild story.

Mike Tyson asks his co-host about the time he got kidnapped

In an episode of his podcast Hotboxin’, along with guest Steve Rifkind, Woo Kid revealed that he was kidnapped by Pun. Tyson then asked to further elaborate on how he was kidnapped and also gave his own perspective as a New Yorker.

“Tell me when I think of kidnapping from a New York perspective, I think I’m kidnapping. I think of somebody in a room like in the cellar. Either he’s tied up naked or what was that like?” asked Tyson.

Woo kid then went on to elaborate how he was kidnapped by Pun over a beef he had with rapper Jay Z. He then detailed how he was put in a car and taken against his will by the ‘Beware’ hit-maker. He also claimed that he was caught up in a beef that he wanted no part of and was just another pawn in the game.

Woo Kid then stated that his kidnapping was similar to what Tyson described. He revealed that Pun and his crew tricked him into playing at Apollo. However, a song leaked by Woo kid got Pun mad, after which he threw Woo Kid into a car and started cursing him in Spanish.

“I closed my eyes once I closed my eyes I was in the van. Once I saw him I knew it was the tape, I knew it was the song you know. I was hiding you know. He was talking in Spanish. I’m in the van so I have to kneel. He’s sitting so I kneel I can’t stand in a van. He said yo sit over there. I’m going to tell you about this whole situation. So when I got up they said you know there’s a tape in my coat balls on the floor and then I was like I started screaming like I thought it was it, ” said Woo Kid.

Tyson after listening to the story, couldn’t hold back his laughter. “Stop laughing man,” told Woo Kid. However, this was certainly an out-of-the-box story that can only take place in 80s New York. In addition, it might have been an eye-opening experience for Woo kid who got caught up in this crazy situation.
