Moreover, Paul even tried to test his skills in a bizarre way as he once tried to enter a slap-fighting competition in Russia.
The time when Logan Paul tried his hand at slap fighting
Paul posted a video on YouTube titled, “THE SLAP THAT CHANGED MY LIFE…” back in 2019, in which he tried to enter a contest with Russian slap fighting champion Vasiliy Kamotski, popularly referred to as “Dumpling”.
The video starts off with Paul having a conversation with his mother where he explained he would fly to Russia to fight ‘Dumpling’. Paul’s mother felt that this was a bad idea, as Paul himself stated he might take it too far for content this time. Moreover, even Paul’s team tried to convince him that this might not be the best choice for him, after which Paul said, “This is the dumbest s**t I’ve ever done in my life.”
Paul knocks out a 313-pound giant
Leading up to his showdown against ‘Dumpling’ Paul hired a guy who was similar in size to the Russian to help him prepare for this fight. The pair then proceed to the backyard where the guy wanted Paul to slap him to get an idea of his strength.

However, the guy was not prepared for what happened to him next as Paul knocked him out cold with a slap. The Maverick and his team then picked him up but were shocked as the guy forgot that he had been knocked out “Did you hit me? What did you hit me with?” The guy asked Paul. confused at the situation, Paul asked him if he remembers anything or not, “What did I hit you with? My right hand you remember?” said Paul to which the guy simply replied,” No, not really”.

This incident seemed to have a great impact on Paul as later in the video he revealed he was scared after seeing the guy getting knocked out and was having second thoughts about going ahead with this fight. After consulting with his team, Paul eventually decided not to go ahead with the fight, which he felt was the right decision.
