The 16-year-old boxer that Mayweather currently boasts of is Joseph Brown. According to Brown’s Instagram bio, he is a WBC Muay Thai World Champion who also holds the record of the second fastest KO in amateur boxing history. In addition, Brown is a six-time Nationals champion. Recently, he squared off against a boxer named Francisco Valle in Mexico and made his professional debut. Given the brief clips that were circulated, one can see how effectively Brown used his quickness and head movement in the fight.

At one point in the fight, in close proximity, Brown demonstrated his ability to time his shots while countering Valle with a left hand to the head.
