The undercard of former heavyweight champ Deontay Wilder and the high-rated European heavyweight Robert Helenius is producing back-to-back spectacular knockdowns. After the Cuban heavyweight prospect Frank Sanchez’s knockout win over Carlos Negron, the co-main event was made exciting by the eye-catching knockout win of former Super Middleweight champion Caleb Plant aka ‘Sweathands’ over Anthony Dirrell.

The fight turned out to be dramatic because after dropping Dirrell with a lethal left hook, Plant created a scene. Angry former champ figuratively buried Dirrell in the ring. He showboated as if he was digging Dirrell’s grave right at the moment.

A fan shared the video on Twitter and wrote, “Put him in the dirt.”

With the bell, both fighters came close and began throwing jabs. Plant appeared busier of two and won the first three rounds, jabbing the former two-time super middleweight champion on the body and head. He also landed a few right hands and frustrated Dirrell, who was clearly lagging behind.

Finally, ‘Sweethands’ caught Dirrell with a perfect hook on the chin and dropped him unconscious on the floor.
