Watch: Amanda Serrano Working On “Breaking Ribs and Going Through Livers” Ahead of Heather Hardy Boxing Match

Amanda Serrano is preparing to go to war. The reigning undisputed featherweight champion will defend her titles against Heather Hardy, the former WBO featherweight champion. However, this is not the first time these two will meet inside the boxing ring. These two first locked horns in 2019. Serrano was the one who prevailed via unanimous decision. And Hardy has an opportunity to redeem herself in this rematch. Even though she won the first time they met in the ring. Serrano is not taking her lightly. And is not letting the confidence of her first win make her change the intensity of her training regimen.

The Puerto Rican hard-hitter took to her social media to share a training clip of herself ahead of the fight against Hardy. And, with the training clip, she makes her intentions very clear ahead of their bout on August 5. This fight will take place on the undercard of Jake Paul Vs. Nate Diaz.

Amanda Serrano’s warning to Hardy

Serrano took to her Twitter to share a video of her training for the upcoming rematch against the 41-year-old.  Not that long ago, A clip of Serrano’s 10-round war caused a stir among fans.

In the clip, Amanda can be seen working on the punching bag and maintaining her defensive position simultaneously. ‘The real deal’ can be seen working on her boxing form. From the footwork to her hands, while maintaining her stance throughout. Notably, she is seen clearly observing and working on the left and right hooks while pivoting. The clip is a testament that Serrano is serious about inflicting maximum damage to her opponent. A threat to Hardy, who has a professional boxing record of 24-2.

Serrano further wrote a thrilling message which conveys her plans for their fight. The 34-year-old wrote, “I’m just working on breaking ribs and going through livers. That’s All!! “This message and training clip adds to the anticipation for the fight between these two boxing sensations.
