Viral Video of Gervonta Davis Being Silly on Instagram Live Draws World Champion’s Attention

Gervonta Davis is receiving loads of praise after his decisive victory against Ryan Garcia. From the very beginning of talks for the fight to the day of the fight, Davis appeared calm and collected as he remained confident of his victory. Putting his undefeated record on the line, the boxer from Baltimore stopped Garcia in the 7th round. However, an old hilarious video of Gervonta Davis has been making rounds on the internet.

In the video, Davis is being goofy and different from his usual behavior. The video gained the attention of the world boxing champion Sunny Edwards. He shared his reaction to the video of Davis goofing around on his Twitter account.

In the surfaced video, the boxing sensation was seen dancing around looking extremely happy. Davis was in his underwear as he goofed around in what appeared to be his kitchen. He appears to be dancing to a Drake song in just his shoes and underwear. The video was a screen recording from one of his Instagram live sessions. At two points in the video, Davis lifts himself off the ground using the two counters in his kitchen. After this, he kicked his leg toward the camera and said, “Pow”. He then goes back and resumes his dance. From the reactions, it seemed like the fans were certainly enjoying the video.

The video was shared by an account, ‘Certified Hoodie Thief’, on Twitter.  This elicited a lot of reactions from boxing fans and also drew the attention of boxing world champion Sunny Edwards. Edwards jokingly wrote, “See them man that try act tough 24/7? Guess what”.

Gervonta Davis proves he is fine by dancing

In February of this year, during a Superbowl game between Kansas City and Philadelphia Eagles, Gervonta Davis was spotted in a wheelchair which caused some concern among fans. According to TMZ, Davis had suffered an ankle injury and was using the wheelchair as a result.

However, Davis cleared all the doubts after he shared a video of himself to prove he was fine. In the video, Davis danced to prove that his ankles were indeed fine, and was not really hurt. And in true Gervonta style, he even wrote a message as a reply to TMZ sports, “Shut Up”.
