Boxing fans are well acquainted with the heavyweight king, Tyson Fury, taking up unusual boxing regimes. The champ isn’t a fan of ordinary workouts and he often lights the entire gym atmosphere by looping everyone in his stringent training routines. However, these regimes might appear formidable to anyone watching from the outside.
Recently, Fury dropped a video on his Twitter handle, wherein he was seen working on his ribs and upper body. For this, Fury also had fellow heavyweight, Joseph Parker, on the team, and they trained with a medicine ball.
Everyone did the training drill of hitting the medicine ball on ribs and upper body lightly. However, when ‘The Gypsy King’ got the ball in his hand, he hammered it on Parker’s ribs.
