Ryan Garcia and Canelo Alvarez have been on friendly terms for years, and both men have managed to become prizefighters in their respective divisions. The former WBC Interim lightweight champion will come back to action on April 9 against Emmanuel Tagoe. He is expected to remain active this year, and resurrect his path towards a championship shot.
