42-year-old Manny Pacquiao is pushing himself ahead of his August 21 bout. Ending a two-year-long hiatus from action, Pacquiao, who is back to training hard at the gym, has constantly updated his fans about the gruesome activities which he is undergoing.

From sprinting to mitt work, pad work, and intense muscle workout, ‘Pac-Man’ is setting the benchmark higher for every other athlete. Meanwhile, the Filipino veteran is also offering extra time to prepare his arm. In a recent video, Pacquiao was spotted in pain while his teammates were busily hitting his body and arm.

The sole motive of the exercise was to strengthen Pacquiao’s muscles, apparently, a defensive move that enables a fighter to contract punches. As Errol Spence Jr. is a tricky southpaw, he will plant his shots on Manny Pacquiao.

However, the recent training might be beneficial and protect the eight-division champion. While Spence Jr will relish the sheer advantages of youth, height, reach, and activeness, Pacquiao might turn the tables and become the welterweight champion of the world once again.

On his last appearance in 2019, ‘Pac-Man’ took out an undefeated Keith Thurman to grab the WBA welterweight title. It was a lopsided affair, as Thurman couldn’t offer anything in response to Pacquiao’s action. However, the pre-fight scenario had reflected maximum favor to ‘One Time’. Hence, we can see a similar occurrence this time and Manny Pacquiao can rightly become the first man to beat ‘The Truth’.
