Logan Paul, who recently had his career-defining battle against Floyd Mayweather, didn’t want his brother Jake Paul to get the same matchup. ‘The Maverick’, 26, was solely focussed on the five-division world champion when a couple of things seemed to shift his attention.

While Logan Paul was fortunate to walk out unbeaten against Mayweather, he looked back at some of his ideologies from the pre-fight weekend. In a chat with Jake Paul on the IMPAULSIVE podcast, ‘The Maverick’ opened up on his emotions.

Logan told Jake Paul, “A couple of things motivated me for this fight. And I don’t think I told this to you yet. But definitely when you started jawing Floyd [Mayweather] a little bit, and he seemed to have shifted his focus towards you a little bit. And I didn’t want to get like made an example of. And have him beat me and then take on you and then possibly have him beat you and have him be the guy who beat both the Pauls.”

The undefeated boxer had hinted at hanging his boxing gloves for once and for all. So, Jake Paul might have to continue his career without a multi-million dollar fight against Mayweather. However, ‘The Problem Child’ already has had enough moments with ‘Money May’ to look back at.
