Paul was training in Tengoose boxing gym. It was a sparring trial with no gloves, and Paul looked absolutely below average. His striking skills didn’t even match the level of Ben Askren. However, Paul earned his way quickly and could go on a tear in the sport.

Jake Paul made his boxing debut in 2020 against fellow YouTuber Ali Eson Gib and earned a comfortable first-round KO. He then upgraded his selection of opponents and faced retired NBA player Nate Robinson and scored another KO win in the undercard of Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr. in 2020. After that, Paul has only fought pro-combatants.

Paul’s third pro fight happened against former MMA champion Ben Askren. With almost no striking credibility in his favor, Askren fell prey to Paul’s knockout power and lost the bout in the maiden round. However, Tyron Woodley could see the distance against Jake Paul in August 2021. Despite losing the fight, Woodley offered a tough time to ‘The Problem Child’.
While Paul agreed to face Tommy Fury next, fate put him against Tyron Woodley once again in December. This time, Jake Paul made full use of the chance and knocked out Tyron Woodley in round six of their headlining scrap. It has set him ready for bigger fights ahead, and Paul is on a serious surge in the sport. He has claimed to retire after cementing a 10-0 record, which means we are yet to see his last in the ring.
