‘Sugar’ Ray Leonard was the flamboyant star of the sport for almost 2 decades. He was the most celebrated fighter around the world in his prime time. ‘Sugar’ was even an Olympian, winning a gold medal in a light-welterweight boxing event in 1976. He’s 64, and retired from the sport years back, but still keeps himself super fit and pro-active.

He shared a video on his social media handle, wherein he shows slick punching speed coupled with ferocious power.

In the video above, ‘Sugar’ was seen hitting a belly guard for good 15 seconds without a break. The guy on the receiving end of these punches seemed stunned after the 64-year-old finished his barrage. Many young and fitter boxers fail to catch that speed which ‘Sugar’ still has at his current age.

Leonard walked away nearly three decades ago after losing to Terry Norris for the WBC super-welterweight title, but came back again in 1997. He lost this fight and took retirement permanently.
