After defeating Derek Chisora for the third time in the legendary trilogy fight, Tyson Fury’s recent times were really good for him. Meanwhile, Ukrainian boxing superstar Usyk recently dominated Anthony Joshua in their last encounter. It made for a thrilling fight between the two that made the fans cheer.
However, after defeating Chisora, Fury called out Usyk, and after some tumultuous situation, Bob Arum officially announced that both the fighters will face off against each other sometime between February 18 to March 4. As far as the venue is concerned, he mentioned two names from Middle Eastern countries. In a worst-case scenario, any of the stadiums in the UK would also work, most preferably, Wembley.
Meanwhile, Bob Arum’s new statement about the fight has made more curious about the venue.

As the venue for the bout between the two has been carved out as any of the three Middle Eastern countries, Bob Arum has shed some more light on the matter. In an interview with BoxingScene, he said, “Everybody agreed that if offer comes through and it’s real, that’s how we’ll go.” He further added, “The fighters have agreed to fight.”
He is also in talks with Usyk’s co-promoter, Frank Warren. “I spoke to Frank Warren. We’re giving them until [this] week to come up with their offer, which I believe we’ll get. If we don’t, then we’re gonna do the fight at Wembley. And then we’d have to talk about the percentages because Usyk wants 50-50,” he said.
“But we don’t get to that point if the [investors in Saudi Arabia] come through, because the way they operate is they make deals with each of the fighters. We’ve been led to believe that they’re going to come with a proposal this week. I’ll believe it when I see it, but it’s not like they haven’t come through in the past,” he added.
