Jake Paul has officially announced the release of his Netflix documentary UNTOLD: Jake Paul the Problem Child. The documentary, directed by Andrew Renzi known for his work Pepsi, Where’s My Jet? is set to premiere on the 1st of August this year. As promised, the documentary will explore “how a wide-eyed kid from Ohio morphed from an Internet sensation to the most polarizing man in sports“. The 26-year-old, who began his career as a YouTuber alongside his elder brother Logan Paul, introduced a new chapter to boxing by competing with renowned combat sports athletes.

Additionally, with his Most Valuable Promotion, ‘The Problem Child’ helped Amanda Serrano headline a boxing match inside the prestigious Madison Square Garden and inscribe history with fellow boxer Katie Taylor. Despite the criticism Paul has faced strictly regarding the nature of opponents he has faced inside the boxing ring, one must acknowledge the audience and attention he has brought to the sport.

As per Netflix, the documentary comprises “gripping interviews” with the Paul brothers, their parents, and fans who have supported them over the years through thick and thin. it is worth mentioning that in his last fight against Tommy Fury, ‘The Problem Child’ suffered his first career loss in the sport. However, the 26-year-old, with his indomitable spirit, is ready to bounce back from his defeat and prove a point against Nate Diaz on the 5th of August in Dallas. Undoubtedly, the documentary will exhibit how Paul motivates himself to march on despite the obstacles life throws.

Paul took to Instagram and wrote, “My life has been on display since I was 16 but my story has never been told. #UntoldNetflix August 1st. @netflix.” Following Paul’s declaration, several people including his girlfriend and Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam reacted to it. With a heart emoji, Leerdam said, “Unstoppable.” Meanwhile, internet personality, Cameron Dallas added the following emoji: “💪🏽”.  On the other hand, a user said, “KSI did prime, Jake did Netflix…” According to one fan, Jake Paul is “taking over.” Similarly, one felt Paul’s documentary is “gonna be fire”.Well Deserved! Congrats Brother!!,” added another user.
