I am furious for you. Sending hugs & widow strength. I lost my spouse a year ago. He was my world. I had no clue either. But you will figure this out. One foot in front of the other. There is no wrong way. Just keep moving.

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I am going to sleep tonight praying for you all-and especially your son. I was 12 when I lost my father a week before Christmas. May her memory be a blessing and a comfort you both, and may your village surround you today & everyday ❤️

Some people tried to motivate Chris to help the latter go through this. This is not an easy time and Chris, along with his young son, is distressed. As soon as Chris made this tweet, several users tried to motivate Chris so that he had the courage and the strength to go through this trying time. While some advised Chris to park everything else for the time being, others advised him to keep her forever in his memories.
I couldn’t agree more. Just one day at a time. She will never truly leave you. You may not see her; but there will be signs she is still with you forever. Don’t ever stop talking about her and memories with your son. It helps very much for both of you. Hugs my friend. ❤️

Right now…
You park everything except for the emotional well being of you and your son.
Nothing else matters.
Let the anger, pain, and grief flow and hold on to each other.
You got this. You CAN get through this.

My heart breaks for your unthinkable loss. 😥As a bereaved mother I can tell you that you just have to put one foot in front of the other every day even though your heart isn't in it & it will get easier to do over time. Your son needs you, do it for them both. Sending prayers🙏

Above all, don't give up. Your son needs you more than ever before, so be the stoic you wish you could be. The times are dark now, but never give in to despair, because a new life is just around the corner–keep telling yourself that!
