WBC champion Tyson Fury just came off a fresh victory against Derek Chisora in their trilogy fight. The referee apparently called a halt to the one-sided fight in the tenth round. ‘The Gypsy King’ will now be focusing on the ultimate clash with Oleksandr Usyk. It’s interesting to note that Fury recently said he would consider adding Jake Paul to the Fury vs. Usyk card.

Following his victory against Derek Chisora, Tyson Fury was in conversation with the media at the post-fight press conference. Someone asked him about the Jake Paul vs. Tommy Fury fight. Fury replied, “I think they should fight, that is the fight that the general, everyday, casual boxing person would like to see. That’s the fight that Tommy wants and Jake wants. So yeah, I think that fight should happen in 2023. Maybe it could be on the undercard of me and Usyk, who knows.”
It has been almost a year now that boxing fans have been anticipating a fight between Paul and Tommy Fury. Recently, both of them agreed to square off inside the ring in the near future. However, a date has not been disclosed yet. Only time will tell when fans will get to witness this clash.
