Since his last fight in April against Dillian Whyte, Tyson Fury finally returns to the ring on December 3rd for yet another trilogy fight. Tyson Fury, 34, will square off against Derek Chisora, 38, with the WBC World Heavyweight title on the line. While ‘The Gypsy King’ is still undefeated with a record of only 1 draw and 32 wins, Chisora, apart from his 33 victories, has tasted defeat twelve times in the boxing ring.

Following his victory over Whyte in April, Fury hung his gloves up and declared how he was done with the sport of boxing. However, as Oleksandr Usyk defeated Anthony Joshua for the second time, Fury declared his return to the ring. After a wait of seven months, ‘The Gypsy king’ is ready for yet another fight.

Derek Chisora and Tyson Fury met first in 2011 and then in 2014. After a decade, the two will meet again at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on December 3. Fury wanted to fight the Ukrainian champion, Usyk. Prior to squaring off against Usyk, ‘The Gypsy King’ wants to see himself in a ring-rust match against Derek Chisora for the third time.

Reportedly, from the Chisora vs. Fury trilogy, Fury will make a guaranteed figure of $25 million from the fight. On the other hand, Chisora will make $4.5 million from fighting Fury.

Fury had his last victory in April, which was simultaneously his last fight before he temporarily retired from boxing. Although Fury returned with the chief will to fight Usyk, he rates Chisora as high as Usyk. The following is what ‘The Gypsy King’ said regarding his fight with Chisora on December 3:

Fury said, “I rate Derek Chisora as highly as I rate Usyk, and I will train as hard for Derek as I would for anyone in the world. I’d have to be an idiot not to.”
