Top Rank chief Bob Arum received a grand reception at Vasyl Lomachenko vs Richard Commey event at the Madison Square Garden in New York. Being the chief spearheader of the event, Arum is not new to such warm gestures. However, this time, he was greeted as a birthday boy. The legendary promoter turned 90 years old on December 8.

To honor his efforts, team Top Rank came together and celebrated Arum’s birthday. WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury also hopped in and made a stellar appearance at MSG. The WBC champion entered the arena in style after Arum had his share of the cake.

Fury, a Top Rank boxer, has always been close to Bob Arum. Still fresh from his win against Deontay Wilder in October, Tyson Fury didn’t miss visiting his promoter in the wake of his birthday. ‘The Gypsy King’ appeared and also sang the ‘American Pie’ as a wish to Arum. While boxing fans were well aware of Fury’s singing talent, they caught another glimpse of it and were clearly left entertained.
