Tyson Fury has been in the headlines for the past few weeks now. First, it was about the potential super-fight against Anthony Joshua. After that, Fury and his team were in the news for reports suggesting Deontay Wilder will not get the trilogy fight. However, this time the WBC heavyweight champion has taken to Twitter to reignite his rivalry with the Klitschko brothers.
The World Boxing Council shared a video of Vitali Klitschko knocking out Danny Williamson on their Twitter feed. It was accompanied by the caption, “How would Vitali Klitschko do in this Era? He was called ‘Dr. Ironfist’ and here’s why”. The post was part of the “#KOFRIDAY’ trend.
Would of loved to kick his ass also. https://t.co/VQ3xarrXXk

However, Fury was having none of this. He replied to the tweet in classic Tyson Fury style. He said, “Would of loved to kick his as* also.”
Tyson Fury’s rivalry with the Klitschko brothers
Before the current era of heavyweights, Tyson Fury and the Klitschko brothers were the big names. Fury openly thrash-talked them and even fought Wladimir Klitschko. He beat Wladimir Klitschko to become the heavyweight champion of the world for the first time.
Despite this, Fury never fought his brother Vitali. Though he criticized him on many occasions, they never shared the ring. Vitali was in the twilight of his career as Fury rose the ranks and the fight between the two never materialized.
After Fury beat Wladimir, the two were to meet for a rematch. However, following a doping violation, Fury had to face a ban from all boxing activities.

It seems the uncertainty of his next fight is not bothering the WBC champion. He is back to being himself on his social media profiles. However, there is still no confirmation on his opponent for the homecoming fight.
Carlos Takam was reportedly the next opponent, but that has been met with more complications. Deontay Wilder’s team has also come out and said that Wilder will fight Fury in December, but there has been no confirmation of any fight as yet. We will still have to wait and see who ‘The Gypsy King’ will fight next.
