In August 2021, Tyron Woodley will make his very first pro-boxing appearance. He will take on the most debatable YouTuber turned boxer, Jake Paul, in a full-fledged professional boxing bout. This will be the biggest test for the latter who’s in the early days of his boxing career. On the other hand, it’ll prove to be an unusual outing for Woodley, who’ll take up something like this for the first time in his fighting career.

But it seems the former UFC welterweight champ is not alone in training and preparations for the same. As the boxing legend, Floyd Mayweather has come out to help him train for Jake Paul.

Speaking to Fight Hype, ‘The Chosen One’ reacted to ‘Pretty Boy’s offer. He said, “They just text me, let’s do it yeah.

“I just talked to him today, so for sure. Why would I not train with the greatest boxer of all time? We’ve been talking about training anyway so for sure, can definitely go take him up on that.”

Jake Paul, who’s just three fights old in boxing is already showing significant signs of improvement. Moreover, he’s looking to fetch a long pathway in the game. And that’ll only happen if he’s open to taking on the sturdy names of boxing and MMA.

That said, ‘The Problem Child’ rightly went up against the intimidating Tyron Woodley for his next outing. This fight might help him solidify his spot in the fight universe. Moreover, Woodley himself is thrilled to mold his career by lacing up the boxing gloves professionally. And the addition of Floyd Mayweather to his training camp will only help him fare better.
