Is the boxing world’s political split a reflection of America’s deepening divide?

Election is the flavor for today. The United States undergoes the election to determine who will make the White House their home for the coming 4 years and leave an imprint on the history and politics of the nation. Even the boxing world is not untouched by it, as the likes of Ryan Garcia and Jake Paul have already thrown their open support to their candidate.

Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are involved in a close tussle for the presidential elections. It’s a contest of small margins, and with the boxing community openly endorsing their favorite candidate, it might shift the dynamics. So, who is vouching for whom?

America as we know it will self implode if Harris wins. It will be the start of a long & treacherous American era… DONT be a sheep. Wake up and read deeper. Go vote good. Go vote Trump tomorrow.”

Lou DiBella hasn’t shied away from disclosing his political affiliation. He shared the same on his X account and seemed to have opted to ride the blue wave. The Boxing Hall of Famer commented, “Say I can’t. I can name 100 things that Trump has said and done that were blatantly dishonest, hateful, rac*st, or m*sogynistic. I don’t love my choice, tbh, but Harris is a decent human and the other is a repugnant, d*generate, liar. My choice is clear. #NeverTrump #HarrisWalz”
