Tramaine Williams faced Ryan Allen on June 20th, 2024. The bout took place at Thunder Studio in Long Beach, California, as part of the NYC Attitude vs. Las Vegas Hustlers event. During the opening round, Allen attempted to strike Williams with his right hand, but Williams sidestepped the combinations. However, subsequently, Williams raised his right hand into the air, froze, and then abruptly collapsed to the ground.

Even Allen stepped back, refusing to take advantage of the situation. The referee quickly intervened, stopping the fight and calling for medical assistance. Williams was immediately taken to the hospital.

Initially, the cause of Williams’ collapse was unclear. Hours later, his team, NYC Attitude, revealed, “Thank you everyone for your love and support. NYC fighter Tremaine Williams was discharged from the hospital and is doing well.” Williams also posted a story on his Instagram that read, “I’m good, the doctor said I was too dehydrated. I’m good though.” He was shortly discharged from the hospital.
