The 44-year-old Floyd Mayweather is far away from bidding farewell to the sport of boxing. Although he has retired professionally, exhibition bouts have ticketed him to bagging fights against celebrity opponents, which continue nourishing his bank account. Mayweather registered his 50 professional win in 2017 by knocking out UFC superstar, Conor McGregor, in a lucrative boxing affair.

Having embraced retirement after that, Mayweather has fought Tenshin Nasukawa and Logan Paul in exhibition setups. That said, the five-division world champion appears ready for another such event. His trainer, Big Gerald, connected with Pro Boxing Fans and detailed massive insights into Floyd Mayweather’s upcoming plans.

Coach Gerald said, “Floyd is getting ready to get back in the ring in an exhibition in Dubai on a helipad, top of the 700 ft of the helipad and Dubai. It’s going to be very few spectators, as far as you know, live, ringside.”

“Because there’s not much room up there in the helipad. But the world will be watching, millions around the world will be watching. I think everybody should tune in because I think there’s a huge announcement. To be made.”

Mayweather was teasing the possibilities of a potential scrap against YouTuber, Rashed Belhasa aka ‘Money Kicks’, a few weeks back. However, there’s no official confirmation of it. While the retired legend can select anyone from the celebrity community, it makes sense for him to trade shots with Money Kicks. The social media star has had some minor experience in the sport, and a chance to meet Floyd Mayweather in-ring shall be a great platform for him, which can spin serious money for both sides.

How soon can Floyd Mayweather enter the sporting action?

Mayweather appeared in action against Logan Paul on June 2021, which ended in a draw. It’s been over six months since then and we can expect Floyd Mayweather in action once again. He was rumored to collide with Money Kicks on February 20 in Dubai. But with no promotional stunts on board, that date seems to be a false one.
