DAZN Boxing, a leading sports live-streaming service, collaborates with some of the industry’s biggest names, including Matchroom Boxing and Golden Boy Promotions. Additionally, Frank Warren‘s Queensberry Promotions is set to kick off its recently announced partnership with the streaming platform in April next year.

And now, it seems another major promotion is on the verge of joining DAZN, further solidifying the platform’s dominance in the sport. According to a tweet by boxing insider Rick Glaser, Bob Arum‘s Top Rank has reportedly signed a multi-year deal with DAZN Boxing, with plans to broadcast all their fights on the streaming service.

Currently, Top Rank has an existing partnership with ESPN, which is set to conclude on July 26 next year. Speculation suggests that Top Rank may either transition entirely to DAZN Boxing or collaborate with both broadcasters. This development positions Premier Boxing Champions as the largest promotion not yet aligned with the sports streaming giant.

Regardless, musician and combat sports commentator ShowBizz The Adult feels Top Rank’s potential deal with DAZN “is arguably the most impactful news in modern-day boxing history.” Expressing his surprise at the lack of broader media coverage, he noted, “How long have we been screaming out for boxing to be under one umbrella?”

“When boxing is under one umbrella, there is no other side of the street,” Show Bizz added, continuing, “Everybody can fight everybody. Now, like I said, if you get PBC to come over, that’s all of boxing under DAZN. And [with] that right there, we will be living the dream.” Although either party has yet to confirm the partnership between Top Rank and DAZN, Matchroom chief Eddie Hearn appears enthusiastic about the possibility.

Eddie Hearn has embraced the idea of Top Rank potentially joining DAZN’s growing roster of boxing promoters. With Queensberry confirmed to join the dugout next year, Hearn sees Top Rank’s arrival in DAZN as a positive step for the sport. “The more the merrier,” Hearn told The Ariel Helwani Show in November.

“The better the product, the better the offering to subscribers, the more subscribers DAZN are going to get.” He believes that a stronger DAZN platform benefits everyone, enabling bigger shows, better budgets, and more exposure for fighters. Hearn highlighted that Queensberry’s arrival has already reduced “network politics,” encouraging more cross-promotional matchups.
