The whole world is in mourning as the attacks of Hamas on Israel have taken the lives of many innocent people. Israel has declared war, and in the act of rebuttal, the Gaza Strip has also witnessed the deaths of thousands of people. So, the conditions are devastating on both sides and currently, we all need to stand in solidarity with those caught up in the chaos. Many political leaders have condemned this war, and recently Muhammad Ali‘s grandson also voiced his stance in support of all the victims.

Muhammad Ali set his legacy as the man who risked his boxing career by refusing to be drafted for the Vietnam War. He was even stripped of his title because of his decision, but he refused to take part in the killing of innocent people, who never did anything wrong to him, personally. Now, his grandson Nico Ali Walsh is applying his grandfather’s learning to advocate for world peace.
