The ultimate clash of titans is just around the corner! Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou will throw down in a showdown of epic proportions. But that’s not an opinion shared by the boxing world! It’s been some time since the announcement of the fight, and the consensus about it has remained the same. Fury would beat Ngannou effortlessly, and that might explain the disinterest among folks surrounding the upcoming fight. To add a cherry on top, the announcement of Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk stole the spotlight. So, in an effort to create interest around the impending clash, the organizers in Saudi brought in Ronaldo. However, the reactions from the fan base indicate the effort fell flat on its face.

Fans claim ‘Saudi got too much money’ before the Tyson Fury fight

As soon as the promo dropped, the boxing world collectively found it odd that the organizers decided to bring in a football player. While some expressed indifference to the fight, others remarked about Ronaldo’s involvement.

One user compared Tyson vs. Ngannou to Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor. The user claimed that the organizers had to involve “Random dudes” to promote the fight. But all Floyd and McGregor had to do was show up for the fight.

Another user had the same opinion and highlighted that Ronaldo is the most followed personality on Social Media. It’s worth mentioning that Ronaldo has over 607 million followers on Instagram.

What did you think about the promo?
