Floyd Mayweather recently declared he stood for peace and human rights. Likewise, condemning antisemitism, he claimed he stood with Israel “against Hamas terrorists” since the latter did not represent “the people of Palestine“. Doing so and showing concern for safety and innocent lives, ‘TBE’ provided Israeli soldiers with food and bullet-proof vests among other things via his private jet worth $60 million.
According to Mayweather, who hoped for the return of “all Americans and Israelis,” this was not a time for politics. In his opinion, one had to show concern for the hostages and raise a collective voice against terrorism. As a result, besides helping Israeli soldiers, Mayweather recently shared pictures of several innocent people reportedly being held hostages. In this process, apart from denouncing terrorism, here’s what the 50-0 boxer said.

Taking to Instagram, Mayweather shared seven pictures of the victims of the Israel-Hamas conflict. Doing so, he bemoaned the fact that innocent Americans and Israelis were being severely harmed in this conflict. “If a picture is worth 1000 words how much more can be said when looking at these photos? Innocent Americans and Israelis are being held hostage and their only crime was being in the wrong place at the wrong time,” said Mayweather.

“Like the rest of us, these families set out to go about their day except they were ambushed, and have been brutally kidnapped and violently harmed. The Fact is these are innocent lives being taken and destroyed by acts of wicked terrorism,” he added. In addition, he reiterated that this was a crime against “innocent humans”. Doing so, Mayweather even urged “all celebrities and athletes” to make apt use of their platforms. “I stand with Israel and I condemn the Hamas terrorists. I am calling upon all celebrities and athletes to use your voice and platforms to denounce these heinous when it counts,” he concluded.
