Boxing is a brutal sport. When two boxers fight opposite each other, the stakes are high, and the boxers reveal themselves to tremendous pain and hurt. But such situations are the actual test of a fighter’s dedication and warrior mentality. Oscar Valdez Jr. is one of the best boxers to ever grace the ring. He is known for his resilient and unforgiving fighting style in the ring. The former world champion rose to fame and has become an unstoppable phenomenon in the sport. He had a perfect undefeated career until last year when he lost a bout against Shakur Stevenson via unanimous decision losing his WBC (Super) Featherweight title. But one loss cannot strike a scar on the Mexican’s legacy.
Recently, a video of the former champ proving why he is one of the most ferocious boxers in the world has sent the boxing world into a frenzy. The champ successfully defended his title in one of the most adverse moments in the sport.
