The undisputed lightweight titles are in a row for June 5 clash between undefeated pugilists, Devin Haney and George Kambosos Jr. This exciting anticipation will land in Marvel Stadium in the home country of the unified lightweight champ, Kambosos Jr. For this, ‘The Dreamer’ has to travel across the USA to Australia with his team.
Unfortunately, Devin Haney could not enter Australia along with his father and trainer Bill Haney. He faced a ban from traveling to Australia because of an old banned substance conviction. Keeping this in mind, the Australian warrior believes that he won’t get credit if he defeats Devin Haney.

Talking to the Sydney Morning Herald, George Kambosos Jr. said, “I know there will be a whole lot of excuses once I destroy Devin Haney: about the father, about the trainer, about the jet lag, about everything. I’ve been trying my best to see if he can get in but, unfortunately, that’s not my problem. I’ve got all of my team here and I’m ready to fight.” ESPN Ringside reported it on social media platforms.
However, Kambosos Jr. tried his best to bring Haney’s father to Australia. He said, “I’m not the prime minister of Australia. I’ve actually reached out to a few high-profile people who have connections in the government to try to help the situation.”
As of now, ‘The Dreamer’ has decided to go in the ring with renowned trainer and father of former champion, Yoel Judah.
