Now, the commercial PPVs and the tickets bought can be estimated to be around $3 million. This was definitely more than the predictions made prior to the fight. In addition, there were a lot of sponsorships involved in organizing this event. Rosenfield said, “Next time you watch a fight, try to notice every single brand that’s associated with that fight.” Diaz’s team will get a cut from everything that was involved in generating revenue. Another fan, Adam Wildman, stated that he even didn’t get beat up as much as he did back in the MMA. They wrote, “And he got beat up the least he’s ever been“. While, one fan, Brad McKenzie, stated that even they’d have accepted a fight for that kind of money. They wrote, “For that money I would have signed up to take a dive too.”
