Getting knocked out is no surprise in the boxing world. During a boxing match, either of the fighters can get knocked out depending on who lands the cleaner, harder shot to get the job done. In a recent video surfacing on the internet, Rolando Romero got knocked out during a sparring session. Rolly held the WBA interim lightweight title from 2020 to 2021. He fought Gervonta Davis in 2022 and lost the bout via a 6th-round knockout. ‘Tank’ Davis is targeted to fight Ryan Garcia on April 15th of this year. The fight has the potential to be named the ‘fight of the year’.

In an interview, ‘KingRy’ showed his disappointment towards those who shared the sparring knockout video on the internet while reacting to Rolly’s knockout.

In an interview with ESNEWS, Ryan Garcia was asked what he thinks about people sharing Rolly’s knockout video. To this, Ryan replied, “They just all wanna be famous; they want to get that shine, but it’s the unclassy way to do it.” He further stated, “But it is what it is; gotta keep that stuff off the gym.”

Garcia said that he remembered when he used to post videos of him knocking out his sparring partners and that he hadn’t done that since he was 18. “Everyone has their growing pains,” said Garcia. The interviewer replied to him, “You’ve knocked out almost every sparring partner in your training camps and haven’t posted about it in years.”

Meanwhile, in the sparring video uploaded by Blue Blood Sports TV, the left hook in the video that landed on Rolando is being compared to the left hook that Gervonta landed during their bout in the sixth round to win the fight.
