In an interview with ‘Behind The Gloves’ Silva reacts to the fans on Twitter wanting him to fight Floyd. Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather is currently back in retirement after going the distance against Logan ‘The Maverick’ Paul earlier this year.

“When this fight is done, and I’m back to the room and I check it out on Twitter. Everybody talking about Mayweather. But I don’t know like, that’s the dream for me but I need to train hard. Everything’s possible, you know, but this is the next level. This is you know, I’m so happy a lot of people talking about that. I promise I go do my best,” Silva said.

Floyd Mayweather is just two years younger than Silva and the Brazilian could prove to be a problem for Floyd. Silva is one of the best strikers the UFC has ever seen. His quick feet, lightning-fast reflexes, and counter-punching abilities are second to none.

A matchup between the UFC legend and the boxing legend could rake in a lot of PPV buys and would also be an interesting fight to watch.
