Boxing is a sport that demands extreme physical and mental strength from its participants. It’s a sport where one punch can change everything, and a split second can determine the outcome of a fight. When a boxer wins, it’s not just a victory, it’s a testament to their skill and dedication to the craft. However, recently, the sport has come under scrutiny for the behavior of some boxers after a win.
In a recent fight, a boxer celebrated his victory after a brutal knockout that might be unsettling for many. Moreover, this was then coupled with a celebration as the boxer who won ran around the ring with no remorse. His opponent on the other hand was knocked out cold as doctors entered the ring to check on him.
The knockout immediately went viral online with the page BoxingKindom uploading the video on their Twitter handle as well. The page also mentioned that the boxer ‘celebrated’ his victory at the “wrong time” as his opponent was in no condition to even stand up. However, this post sparked some wild reactions from fans who came out in support of the winner and defended him for his post-fight celebration.

Fans defend boxer following his post-fight celebration
User @Hobbitdaddy1 justified the celebration claiming that the boxer was running high on emotions. They also stated that they won’t judge the fighter based on his celebration after the fight.
Man’s running on adrenaline and emotions if he continues to be disrespectful that’s an entirely different matter, but in the heat of the moment I won’t judge him for it, that’s a warriors sense, man down job done!

However, user @turtlepassive1 was empathetic toward the fighter who got knocked out. They said that the fighter did not hit his head on the ground and that he should be fine.
Scary the way he fell, but he didn’t hit the floor too hard with his head or neck when I watched it in slow mo. He should be ok

Lastly, user @loehr_phil thought that the celebration was completely acceptable. They stated that fighters are in a different state of mind and cannot be held criticized for celebrating after winning.
If anyone thinks this is wrong, they’ve never been in combat. I’ve trained and sparred..you’re in a different world during that time.
His celebration is completely acceptable.
