Let’s throwback to January 2020. Stephen A. Smith, the 55-year-old American Television personality and sports journalist, was in Las Vegas to cover UFC 246. Conor McGregor was making his anticipated return against Donald Cerrone. The entire sports world was invested to see the Irish Mega star in the octagon after more than a year. When the two finally squared off, ‘The Notorious,’ fetched himself a victory inside 40 seconds.

Post their bout, Smith made some bold claims. Amongst other things, he asserted, ‘Cowboy,’ did not compete well, which left him disappointed. However, his comments did not fare well with the fans. Subsequently, he received a lot of flak but resorted to posting a video of himself hitting mitts. At the time, the video received great scrutiny, and the fans resorted to trolling him. In a video posted by @BoxingKingdom14, Smith appears to be showcasing his punches on boxing pads. He appears to be a novice to the ‘Sweet Science.’ However, the fans were not in the mood to cut him some slack and instead trolled him. The tweet sarcastically stated, “Flashback to when Stephen A. Smith proved to doubters that his hands can back up his strong opinions!” One fan noticed Smith was punching way below the belt, about which a fan sarcastically made fun of him.

Meanwhile, one fan found his trainer to be more bizarre than himself.

However, one user was left stunned and clueless after seeing Smith punch in the weird way.

While one fan made a peculiar observation. He claimed Smith appeared to be drunk and wondered why his gloves looked so heavy.

Last but not least, one user made a sarcastic comment, remarking that Stephen A. Smith would defeat one of the greatest fighters in recent times, Floyd Mayweather.
