The Prime Card event featured KSI fighting Tommy Fury and Logan Paul facing off against Dillon Danis. The fights didn’t live up to their hype, as the viewers were visibly disappointed. ‘TNT’ won against KSI in a majority decision, which was later changed to a unanimous decision. However, soon after the fight, fans, including KSI himself, speculated that he was robbed of the victory.

On the other hand, Logan Paul and Dillon Danis’ drama-marred bout wasn’t much of a success either. The fight ended in a brawl, and Logan Paul emerged victorious. However, despite some viewers criticizing the quality of the boxing, the event reportedly sold around 1.3 million PPV buys. The previous record was set by the 2018 KSI vs. Logan Paul fight. The sales are even more notable because the DAZN PPV costs $54.99 in the US and £19.99 in the UK. The estimated revenue from PPV sales alone is around $32 million, not counting ticket sales, ads, and merchandise. Recently, KSI’s manager revealed the success of the event via a tweet.

What did KSI’s manager say about the event?

KSI’s manager, Mams Taylor, said that the UK contributed 52% of The Prime Card’s PPV sales. Other countries like Australia, Canada, and Scandinavia also had strong sales numbers. They are now preparing for a world tour. His tweet read, “52% of the huge Prime Card PPV sales came from the UK. Impressive numbers from ROW too including Australia, Canada and Scandinavia. World tour prep in progress.” Fans had mixed reactions to The Prime Card event. One fan emphasized that despite the hype, KSI lost to Tommy Fury by a unanimous decision.

Meanwhile, another fan questioned the U.S. sales figures, given the high PPV price, but still supported the event by purchasing it.

However, a fan called out the event as plainly “boring” despite the event being a good PPV overall.

Contrary to this, another follower defended KSI as the undisputed greatest of all time, dismissing claims that Dillon Danis contributed to the event’s success.

Furthermore, a viewer speculated that the global PPV buys could be around 2 million, highlighting the event’s massive scale.
