According to the screenshot she shared from the tracking app, Skye Nicolson burned approximately 509 calories over the course of 10 rounds. Notably, her average heart rate was 183 beats per minute, peaking at 207 beats per minute at one point. For comparison, for a normal person in their 20s, the target heart rate for exercise hovers at around 100 to 170 beats per minute while peaking at a maximum of 200 beats per minute. Based on this, it seems for a good 30 minutes during the fight, Skye Nicolson’s heart was performing at a superhuman level. While these figures may not be extraordinary for most top-level fighters, they do showcase how efficiently Nicolson managed her energy throughout the bout.

The judges scored the bout 99-91, 98-92, and 98-92—all in her favor, after all, she never looked in any danger during the fight. In fact, she was smiling throughout the fight. After getting her hand raised, Nicolson said, “I’ve just still got so much more to show. I’m excited. We’ve barely scratching the surface. They keep thinking they’ve cracked the code, but the code seems to remain uncracked.”
