After facing his first loss by Gervonta Davis‘ liver punch, Ryan Garcia was spotted participating in the World Series of Poker. The main event of the WSOP is considered to be the biggest poker contest around the world, running regularly since the early 2000s during the ‘poker boom’ period. This year, the tournament is scheduled to continue for 11 days, and four days are already over. Ryan Garcia is currently sitting at a guaranteed $15000 payout, as prior to Day three, he was at the 246th position in the remaining 1517 players. With just the $10,000 entry fee, all the poker players from around the world compete against each other for the seductive prize pool of $12 million.

The WSOP 2023 winner will be rewarded with $12 million, and that’s where Garcia has his eyes set on before the event is over on July 17th. He made an Instagram Post before beginning Day four, where he declared that he was playing to win. He wrote in his caption, “Trying to win 12 million 🎲. Let’s spin it up.” He then posted multiple pictures sitting at the WSOP table and also posted snaps of his remaining chips.

One fan wrote, “That bodyshot damage is too far😥“. While, Evan Kirby reminded Garcia that he should be in the gym right now. They wrote, “U supposed to be training for the rematch against tank bro 😂😂😂😂“. Meanwhile, Xavier Orozco expressed his love for ‘The Flash’ but also wrote, “Ryan, I like you, but you’re not winning this tournament lol.

While some fans are intrigued about Garcia’s fate in WSOP, some are only interested in his rematch against ‘Tank’. Nobody expected to see a Lightweight boxer, who holds the record of thwarting down other boxers like Luke Campbell and Javier Fortuna, come out as a spectacular poker player as well.
