Terence Crawford is primed and ready for action on August 3 at BMO Stadium, Los Angeles, against his Uzbek opponent Israil Madrimov. The event is geared to be His Excellency Turki Alalshikh’s debut in the land of the free, and according to an update about the event’s pre-sale, things are going well!

Crawford will return to the ring after his stellar win over Errol Spence Jr. last year, which earned him the two-division undisputed status. And now, he looks to sweep Madrimov’s WBA super welterweight title to become a champion in a fourth division. Amid all this, boxing journalist Mike Coppinger from ESPN has revealed the upcoming event has sold 8000+ tickets in the presale while highlighting the general sale date!

The presale for the Terence Crawford-Israil Madrimov Riyadh Season event in Los Angeles began on June 11 and has sold 8000+ tickets already, Coppinger posted on X yesterday, adding that “General on-sale begins Friday for the Riyadh Season event”. While the success of the event can be credited to Crawford’s return to the ring, there are other heavy hitters on the undercard that people would love to see.

For starters, Jared Anderson will take on Martin Bakole, following his recent action-packed fight against Ryad Merhy in April. Also on the card, Isaac Cruz will take on Jose Valenzuela with his WBA super lightweight title on the line, which he acquired after demolishing Rolly Romero in March this year. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Several other exciting pair-ups are in the undercard, including Andy Ruiz’s return.

While the triumph of the event is undoubtedly remarkable, the burning inquiry in many minds remains: What are the ticket prices and where can one procure them to witness the live bouts?

Adding to the same, Terence Crawford has the kind of pull that can fill up stadiums like Muhammad Ali once did. The stadium itself, previously known as Banc of California Stadium, home to the Angel City FC, can hold up to 22,000 people.
