Teofimo Lopez and Sandor Martin had an intense face-off before the showdown on Thursday morning at Hudson Yards. The duo promised to bring in some fireworks with them at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York.
This young duo of aggressive energy is set to go head-to-head this weekend. The WBO International super lightweight championship is on the line.

How much money do Teofimo Lopez and Sandor Martin make in their fight?
The fan-favorite Lopez has a big advantage over Martin. The Spanish has a good record of 40-2, but he never won the championship. He recently challenged Jose Felix, the WBA International super lightweight champion, and lost the fight.
On the other hand, Lopez is coming out of a dominating victory over Pedro Campa in August in his first fight in the new division. Earlier, he was the undisputed champion in the lightweight division. After losing a high-intensity match against the Australian warrior George Kambosos Jr., he decided to step up and begin his quest for the title at 140 lbs.

Per reports, he is most likely to make $1.5 million. This purse does not include earnings from PPV and sponsors. For his previous match, he received a purse of $1 million.
On the other hand, the Spanish challenger will make a guaranteed purse of $500, 000.
