However, speaking to Fight Hub TV, Lopez said, “Lomachenko is a tremendous fighter, you know, overall. However, you’re not acting like a true champion doing those things or saying such, such… such things you know.”
Lopez did react to the comments when the news first broke out. However, those were sarcastic remarks just to shut down the rumors. These comments, on the other hand, showed what he thought of the Ukrainian’s accusations. He then said to ‘Loma’, “Move on, you know. That’s all I can say, man.”

Why did Vasyl Lomachenko accuse Teofimo Lopez of bribing the judges?
The Ukrainian did not agree with the decision and made no secret of it. He spoke about it after the fight and showed his dismay at the outcome. Lomachenko felt that though he started slowly, he went on to dominate the later rounds which should have given him the decision.
However, fans and followers of the sport thought otherwise, and in the end, Lopez got a deserved victory over the champion. Furthermore, as a champion, ‘The Takeover’ is embracing the limelight. Therefore, he feels that Lomachenko should have taken the loss like a champion.
