Jake Paul and his elder brother Logan Paul‘s relationship has been through its ebbs and flows. From the time when they were young YouTube content creators to the switch into combat sports, the brothers have now reached a space where they are comfortable with their corresponding fame and massive fan base. However, initially, the relationship saw its fair share of rivalry. Often, the question of what would happen if the duo were to fight in the ring pops into many a curious mind. But what about the Paul brothers? What do they think could be the eventual outcome of a ring square-up?

The boxer and the wrestler underwent a lie detector test. The activity, in many ways, spilled out what they individually felt about certain issues and topics. It would be foolish to think that the test would omit any questions related to fights. They took turns to answer the questions. Logan Paul sat on the ‘hot seat’ first.

Nothing but the Truth

Scene one, take one who’s more full of sh*t Logan or Jake,” that’s how the show began! Soon after he was strapped, the first question popped up. Jake Paul turned the pages of history. He went back to the time when they were heavily invested in YouTube. He asked Logan whether he would have persisted with the infamous ‘Diss’ soundtracks. Fans might recall that, at the peak of their rivalry, both brothers came up with music videos to trash one another.

Yes,” came the reply. The lie detector backed it with the green light. The million-dollar question followed. “Do you think you could beat me in a fight?” Jake Paul asked. The elder Paul checked what sort of fight his kid brother meant, and the latter confirmed it was a boxing fight. “No,” the pro-wrestling champion stated.

Again, green. Logan Paul asked the assistant handling the lie detector, “Lady….what are you doing?” Jake Paul quickly intervened and told Logan that the green light meant that Logan’s reply was true. The latter then shared that he was colorblind. ‘The Problem Child’ asked whether he couldn’t discern what happened with the lights. The elder Paul replied, “I don’t know what happened there—taking too many bumps.

However, his luck ran out with the ‘Illuminati’ question. The lie detector flashed a red light when he replied a ‘no’ to the poser, whether he was a member of the group or not. Next query, please. “Do you think I would beat KSI in a fight?” Jake Paul quizzed. Logan Paul replied in the affirmative. He said, “Yeah, yes.” The green light soon followed. He continued, “Come on, bro, it’s not to say he isn’t a good boxer. No, I mean, he’s my partner, but like you know, I’m just saying you’re 230 at the moment he’s 180. It’s not even fair, bro.

Interestingly, soon after the July 20 Mike Tyson fight was cancelled, Logan Paul seemingly offered to jump in the ring to face his kid brother.

Jake Paul vs. Logan Paul? Be happy with the online banter, please

But the fact remains: both brothers, in one of ‘Impaulsive’s episodes, made it clear where their hearts lie when it came to fighting each other. Though agreeing on an event featuring their bout might prove a blockbuster, it’s still not something neither of them looks forward to. “It’s interestingly enough, like, uh, I can’t I had this like Epiphany where I was like, why the f*ck why the f*ck would we ever do this like f*ck that?” Jake Paul said, to which Logan Paul added, “I had the same epiphany at your age. Yeah, it was. It was so intriguing for so many years because I know how big of a show it would be, but like I got one brother, you know, I don’t want to fight him.”

But, perhaps, as Logan Paul stated, with his weight, ring activity, and improved skills, Jake Paul might enjoy an upper hand in the squared circle.
