WBC Heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is looking forward to an all-British heavyweight showdown against Anthony Joshua.
Although Fury is currently slated to face Deontay Wilder, he forecasts a matchup against Joshua to be one of the greatest fights. That said, ‘The Gypsy King’ wants Joshua to stop making excuses and accept the offer with no further delay.
In a recent interaction with BT Sport, Fury opened up on his views regarding the entire heavyweight division.

After Dillian Whyte’s shocking loss at the hands of Alexander Povetkin, Fury stands tall with three potential matchups in his hands- Wilder, Povetkin, and Joshua. It seems that the undefeated Briton prefers to face AJ amongst all.
“The biggest fight out there now is me and Joshua, so let’s make it happen,” said Fury
While Fury and Joshua have been linked for a fight a number of times, the heavyweight clash never materialized. Both the contenders have cited different reasons for the failed matchup. However, ‘The Gypsy King’ has recently lashed out at Joshua and Hearn for ducking him all this while.
“Stop running away, stop making excuses, put your nuts in your handbag and let’s fight,” exclaimed the Gypsy King.
Fury also claimed that Eddie Hearn has been protecting Joshua from several other fights, including a rematch against Dillian Whyte. “Eddie Hearn was trying to protect Joshua, trying to put a hurdle in the way with Whyte,” said Fury.
However, he doesn’t want the same to happen with his possible matchup against Joshua.
