In his sixth exhibition fight on February 25th, Floyd Mayweather Jr. squared off against retired mixed martial artist and television personality Aaron Chalmers. Despite the event registering Mayweather’s UK debut, a significant number of fans did not show up to witness the fight. As reported by The Sun, a total of 20,000 seats remained empty while under 5,000 people only showed up at the o2 Arena.
Days after his match with Chalmers, Floyd Mayweather took to Instagram and posted about his exhibition in London. He called the event a ’16-minute heist’ and bragged about constantly making and stacking money. With a picture of him sitting comfortably on a sofa, he said, “Sitting back with no bumps, bruises, scars, or head trauma from that 16-minute heist with no mask in London. The GREENPRINT is to constantly make money & stack money. Get yourself a business and stay out of other people’s business. Stay in your lane. #paris #parisfrance #France”

While his previous exhibitions attracted both audience and financial gain, his last bout in London witnessed empty seats. Thus, after Mayweather posted about his 16-minute heist in London,
donaroyal357 said, “I just wanna know who actually pays for these snoozefest exhibitions, and honestly with the attendance of that last one, this may just be the last one”.
