Jermell Charlo is putting everything at stake for his fight against Canelo Alvarez. He’s been non-stop, for what is potentially the biggest fight of his career. The Undisputed Junior Middleweight champion wanted to show the world, how hard he’s been working to face another Undisputed champion in the Super Middleweight division. So, for that, he held a live-streamed media workout this Monday and showcased his punching prowess. Reviewing both fighters, there’s no doubt that Charlo holds more power than Alvarez.

Even Shawn Porter believes that Charlo’s timing could make him win, even though there’s a low chance of that happening. And after the media workout session, Charlo has again reminded the world how hard can he actually hit. His shots on the pads echoed throughout the gym as he continued to work on his body shots. And just by a snippet of the live stream, the fans were left impressed.

Fans react to Jermell Charlo displaying the might of his power punches

SHOWTIME Boxing posted an 11-second clip from an hour-long livestream, just to show the fans the KO power Charlo holds at 168 pounds. They even wrote, “You’re gonna want to turn your sound for these“. The fans went wild in the comments section.

One fan called the shots “bada**“, but simultaneously they mentioned that Canelo Alvarez is an expert in disregarding all the pad work during the real fight.

Another fan mentioned that his shots sound as hard as the jabs of Floyd Mayweather during his prime.

One fan made a joke that he did as the caption suggested, but has broken his ribs just by the sound of Charlo’s heavy punches targeted on the body.

A fan remarked that ‘Iron Man’ is taking a long gap before he hits the pad a second time.
